Mr Tay Eng Hoe
Head of Academic Board

Mr Tay Eng Hoe, Head of Academic Board, is the founder of ECS Group and possesses more than 25 years experience in the IT business. He is currently Executive Director & Vice Chairman of ECS Holdings Limited, a public listed company in Singapore, and Executive Director & Vice Chairman of VST Holdings Limited, a public listed company in Hongkong. Mr Tay was conferred the Public Service Medal by the President of the Republic of Singapore in recognition for his public services to the country. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from LaTrobe University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.

Mr Adrian Wee
Academic Board Member

Mr Adrian Wee, Adjunct Faculty Member of Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media & the Arts. With over 10 years of industry experience in design and advertising, Adrian has worked with clients of various industries, advertising and media agencies. He is currently Partner and heads the creative team in a design company FLAVA. Adrian received a Graphic Design Diploma from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and went on to Curtin University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Design (Creative Advertising). Adrian also holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.

Mr Koh Soo Keong
Academic Board Member

Mr Koh Soo Keong, Managing Director of Ecosave Pte Ltd. Mr Koh was, until April 2007, the Chief Executive Officer and President of Toll Asia Pte Ltd, formerly SembCorp Logistics Ltd (SembLog). With over 20 years experience in the logistics industry, Mr Koh has helmed SembLog and its preceding companies since 1986. He is a board member of five other publicly-listed companies and the Chairman of Agi-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), a Master of Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Law from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Desmond Seetoh Dah Mun
Academic Board Member

Mr Desmond Seetoh Dah Mun, Academic Director of Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media & the Arts. As a trained educator, Desmond has helped students achieve their potential, winning locally and competing on an international stage. He received a Graphic Design Diploma from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and went on to The Academy of Art University, San Francisco, and returned with a BFA in Computer Arts. As a designer, he worked as a Motion Graphics Specialist and has helped many local enterprises further their marketing strategies. He has taught in Orita Sinclair since 2007, and joined them full-time as Academic Director in 2010.

Mr Low Seow Juan
Head of Examination Board

Mr Low Seow Juan, Head of Examination Board, is Chairman of Pinetree Capital Partners Pte Ltd, a Singapore venture capital fund company. Mr Low’s prior work experience includes heading the Corporate Finance Departments in the Singapore law firms Drew & Napier and Harry Elias Partnership where he advised on and helped structure numerous corporate transactions. Other previous work experience include positions with the Singapore Public Works Department, Morgan Grenfell (Asia) Limited and the Singapore Economic Development Board, where he was Head of the Aerospace, Medical Optical Division. Mr Low holds a Masters in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Monash University, Australia.

Mr Leong Horn Kee
Examination Board Member

Mr Leong Horn Kee, President of Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media & the Arts. He is also the Chairman/CEO of CapitalCorp Partners Pte Ltd. Mr Leong was a Member of Parliament for 22 years. He has wide work experience in the public sector in the Ministries of Finance and Trade & Industry, and in the private sector in venture capital, merchant banking, corporate investments, hotels and property development. Mr Leong is currently Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Mexico and a member of the Security Industry Council. He holds a degree (Honours) in Production Engineering from Loughborough University, UK; a degree (Honours) in Economics from the University of London, UK; a degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Beijing Normal University, China; an MBA degree from Insead, France; and a Master in Business Research from University of Western Australia.

Mr John Tan Yik Ann

Mr John Tan Yik Ann, Principal of Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media & the Arts. Mr Tan is also a Partner at Labbrand, a brand consultancy headquartered in Shanghai. Mr Tan is a co-founder of frozen yogurt chain Frolick and artisan coffee bar Black. Mr Tan was previously a management consultant at Spectrum Value Partners, a boutique consultancy focusing on the media and telecommunications industry. He holds a First Class (Hons) degree in Economics from University College London.
