Board Of Directors
Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media & the Arts is governed by the Board of Directors, which serves as the supreme authority of the institution by establishing broad policies for the School, providing organisational oversight, and advancing the institutional mission. The School’s management is accountable to the Board of Directors, which directs the management then to implement and comply with the policies, guidelines and criteria required by the Council for Private Education for registration and accreditation under the Enhanced Registration Framework and EduTrust schemes.
Every member of the Board of Directors is a manager of the school.

Mr Tan Hup FoiChairman
Mr Tan Hup Foi, the Chairman of Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media & the Arts. Mr Tan has vast experience in the transport industry. He was the CEO of Trans-Island Bus Services Ltd from 1994 to 2005 and also the Deputy President of SMRT Corporation Ltd from 2003 to 2005. He was awarded the Public Service Star (BBM) and Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of Singapore in 2008 and 1996 respectively. Mr Tan graduated from Monash University in Australia with a First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1974 and he obtained a Master of Science (Industrial Engineering) degree from University of Singapore in 1979.
Mr Leong Horn KeePresident
Mr Leong Horn Kee, President of Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media & the Arts. He is also the Chairman/CEO of CapitalCorp Partners Pte Ltd. Mr Leong was a Member of Parliament for 22 years. He has wide work experience in the public sector in the Ministries of Finance and Trade & Industry, and in the private sector in venture capital, merchant banking, corporate investments, hotels and property development. Mr Leong is currently Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Mexico and a member of the Security Industry Council. He holds a degree (Honours) in Production Engineering from Loughborough University, UK; a degree (Honours) in Economics from the University of London, UK; a degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Beijing Normal University, China; an MBA degree from Insead, France; and a Master in Business Research from University of Western Australia.
Mr John Tan Yik AnnPrincipal
Mr John Tan Yik Ann, Principal of Orita Sinclair School of Design, New Media & the Arts. Mr Tan is also a Partner at Labbrand, a brand consultancy headquartered in Shanghai. Mr Tan is a co-founder of frozen yogurt chain Frolick and artisan coffee bar Black. Mr Tan was previously a management consultant at Spectrum Value Partners, a boutique consultancy focusing on the media and telecommunications industry. He holds a First Class (Hons) degree in Economics from University College London.
