In addition to course fees and miscellaneous fees (non-compulsory and non-standard fees which students pay only when necessary or applicable), all students are required to pay an application fee of S$650 (Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents) or S$1200 (international students) upon submission of application form.

Study loan
Study loans of up to 6 times your monthly income is available to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents. The loan is offered by RHB Bank to eligible applicants:
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident
- Age between 21 and 62 years (as at end of loan tenure)
- Earning a minimum annual income of S$12,000 or S$30,000 (for guarantor)
