Short Courses
The short courses offered at Orita.Sinclair – School of Art & New Media are specially designed to be in tune to industry needs. The delivery of the courses is unique as one of the most important things looked at is offering programmes that can develop and bring the participants from one level to the next in a very logical manner eg starting from basic formal Drawing to Creative writing to Storyboarding to Classical animation to 3D animation.or from Video editing to Creative writing to Storyboarding to Video production or from Graphic design to Creative writing to Web design and Interactive media.
This integrates two key areas;
- Learning how to use the tools
- Developing creative ideas using these tools.
Of course, participants may opt for just one course but if they wish to continue, they have that option. Currently, we are working with the industry sector, lecturers, teachers and students. The School is flexible in its mode of delivery, for larger groups, courses can be conducted at our client’s venue (equipment/software permitting) or at our School.
Each course commences with a minimum of six participants and a maximum of twelve participants.
