Course Description

This workshop introduces participants to the setting up of live sound and backline equipment for small to medium sized events (club gigs, to Dinner & Dance, church service, etc) in the analogue domain. The course covers how to set up front of house audio system, optimising mixer operations for maximum efficiency, effects routing and fold-back monitoring.

Who Should Attend
Sound engineers and audio technicians who regularly handle live performances in small to medium-sized settings such as hotels, clubs, F&B outlets, schools and churches. Those who have had informal training and would like to develop their professional capabilities in live sound set up and mixing will benefit greatly from this short course.
