As you enter the world of New Media Art or Design, you will need experienced guidance and a creative environment where your ideas can come to life. Developing your imagination and creativity will lead you to find your professional career, that is, a profession with high integrity and thinking skills which will enhance your understanding of the Visual Arts as well as new emerging technologies.

The Diploma and Advanced Diploma programmes create pathways for students who wish to enter the New Media Art or Design industry or to further their studies. These courses are also suitable for those who are already in industry but wish to expand their creative abilities. The programmes are portfolio oriented and its development starts as soon as the programme commences.

Students will be provided a conducive environment where knowledge and ideas are shared and developed. Students will have access to three specialized studios and a multipurpose space for projects requiring larger space and flexibility. Each cohort of no more than twelve students will have a full-time lecturer in charge with five adjunct lecturers or industry consultants teaching in areas of specialization.

Besides scheduled classes, students will also have the opportunity to meet industry professionals who are invited to give talks at the School. Other activities such as exhibitions by practicing artists at the School’s gallery, workshops, art events and competitions create further awareness of New Media, Design and the Visual Arts.
