AMR Competition 2021

NCID Banner Bottom

The Antimicrobial Resistance Coordinating Office (AMRCO), National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID), warmly invites students from Orita Sinclair to take part in the Antimicrobials: Handle With Care Competition 2021.

This competition aims to increase the awareness and understanding of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and the importance of appropriate antimicrobial use. Participants are required to demonstrate their understanding of the theme, “Antimicrobials: Handle With Care” and acknowledge that the rising threat of AMR requires a One Health approach that involves human, animal, food and environmental sectors, through the development of a social media post, graphic design and animated video.

The content and concepts developed should be in English and can be understood by the general public, and is open to all youths between the ages of 17 and 25 to participate. Winning entries will walk away with attractive prizes. Closing date for submission is 16 July 2021 (Friday), 6pm.

For more details, please scan the QR Code above. Please send your enquiries and submissions to amrco@ncid.sg.
